Avg Age

I have a field in a report which calculate the average age of employees and clients. I have set the decimal places to 2 and also to 1 put the field prints out reports to the umpteenth decimal point. What should the properties for that field be set to so that the avg age is kept to 78.1 or 78 yrs 3 mos etc.
 
Set the format property to something like Standard.
