Avery labels L7162 print too far up the label - looks OK in print.

Having recently upgraded to Word 2003 I now cannot print my Avery labels...
the print preview is perfect, label sizes are accurate however once printed
the labels subsequently print too far up. I've upgraded printer drivers, word
2003 updates, I've even tried the Avery wizard and keep having the same
problem. Any suggestions?
