Average power consumption

Hi,

My computer is sometimes running day and night and I wonder about its power
comsumption. The processor is an Intel 3.4 Ghz and its average CPU-usage is
about 5% according to the taskmanager. The CD and DVD are not used
frequently, but the harddisk is often used.
Any idea's how many Watts the PC uses (average)?

amd xp 2000+
1gig ram
ATI 9600XT graphicscard
3 harddrives
2 optical drives
tv card
many coolers
2 networkcards
3 usbdevices
1 17" crt monitor
1 19" tft monitor
+ things i forgot

consumes on load ~ 270Watts (with monitors)
without monitors ~ 220 Watts
and without load and monitors ~160-180Watts

measured at the power plug.

ps.: the actual consumption is lower in real, because on the same plug
also sits a WLAN router, another PC on standby,some battery chargers, a
printer and 2 telephones.
