Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I want to make a form that will allow me to enter bookings, but will show
the bookings grafically, like appointments are shown in Outlook.

Is there a control for that in Access or do I have to make it all up?

There is no built-in control in Access to do that. There may be a third
party control that you can buy to do that, I don't know.
