AV Engine Host Process (MPENG.exe) was restarted

I keep gettin this messege in my event log. At the time it does this i also
have a log that says "Successfully updated signatures from
main(1.10.1651.0)/daily(1.10.2032.4) to main(1.10.1651.0)/daily(1.10.2033.5)."

Everytime it does this my computer freezes up and i cant do anything until i
restart.

That is the AV engine for Windows OneCare. I suggest you post to one of
their forums.
