When one chooses to DESELECT certain updates (e.g., IE7, IE8), is there any
way to see -all- updates which were ever DEselected?

thanks

Deselect from where?

Automatic Update will have them show up again.

Windows Update web site will list them at the next time you head over
to that web site, unless you "Hid" them.

If you have "hidden" them on the Windows Update "web site," you can
unhide them from the "Restore Hidden Updates" from the Options
section .
