Is there a way to load multiple autotext documents at
once without having to do each one individually? I can't
find any documentation on this. thanks.

Sorry Les,

Your terminology has me lost. I don't know what an AutoText document might
be. It is possible to have multiple sources for AutoText loaded at the same
time.

What, precisely, is it that you are trying to do? Which version of Word are
you using?

have about 20 different entries that i would like to
install as autotext. Rather than going to
Insert=>AutoText=>Alt-F3 20 times, I was wondering in
there was a more elegant way to enter this information.
In addition, I have several users that want to use the
same AutoText selections on their machines(winXP). By
the way, thank-you very much for your response. Les
