When I add Autotext entries, they are displayed in a category named Normal
when I select Tools/Autotext. Can I add different category names to group
Autotext entries? Thanks.

The "categories" are styles. If your AutoText is saved in the Header or
Footer style, for example, then it will be listed on the AutoText menu on
the Header and Footer toolbar. If it's in Mailing Instructions style, it
will be listed with those. If the paragraph at the insertion point is in a
style for which there are AutoText entries, you'll see only those entries
listed, not any of the ones available to Normal or other styles.
