autosum key frozen

I am trying to use spreadsheets in Excel 2003 and my autosum key appears to
be stuck, I cannot work at all, the mouse just keeps picking up cells and
trying to add them, can anyone help?

Please repost your question in a forum supporting Excel. This newsgroup is for
a different program, Microsoft Access. The webpage can be confusing and may
have misled you - scroll down the list of subject areas and post in an Excel
group.
