Autoroute 2002 - AAAGH!!

What's wrong with Autoroute 2002. I've recently upgraded from XP Pro
up to the Corporate edition and now 2002 won't install. Neither will
2003.
The installation gets so far and then a message appears saying 'Insert
run disc'. I've put the second disc in but it doesn't recognise it ans
won't continue any further.
Any ideas?

Are you sure you are logged on as with administrator rights?
