AutoResponder

Hello.

I run a business that has gives out 6 email addresses in
popular magazine. I want to send out an autoresponse to
each email that is sent to these different email addresses.

The autoresponse will be different for each email
address. I run Exchange 5.5.

I know how to set up an autoresponse via the rule wizard
for an individual email account, but how can you do this
for several different accounts. From what I gather, you
have to have the inbox open, and naturally I can't have 6
different inboxes open on one machine.

I hope I've made some kind of sense.

Any help would be grateful.

You'll need 6 profiles, one for each account. Start Outlook with that
profile, create the "have server reply" rule. Repeat for each account.
