Autoreply when read a new E-mail

Hi,
I want to create a new email account, and this account will be shared out to
4 persons. This is want i want to do:

When a new email arrives and one of the people reads the new mail, an
autoreply mail will return to the sender. But only when the email has been
read. So I am not looking for a direct autoreply, but an autoreply that´s
sends off when one of the 4 personas has read the mail.

Is this possible, and how should i do this?

Is this possible, and how should i do this?

I don't think this is possible, at least not without special purpose
programming. Rules act only on incoming mail prior to it being read.
