Steve, if you are using exchange server, wo to out of the office assistant in
tools and config the out of the office, and add a rule to autoreply with a
template, write the text in the template and save it.
An exchange servers means where resides your e-mail account. When you config
your outlook profile, you must choose Microsotf exchange server, if you
choose pop3, imap or http, you cannot use out of the office.
With accounts in yahoo, hotmail, etc, you cannot use out of the office.
