autorecovery??

i just spent 4 hours redoing an old document in word and somehow i managed to
loose it, in the tools it say that it should autorevover it every 10 minutes
what does it mean and where do i find it??

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Word (there are many of
them, all starting microsoft.public.word)
