Autoplay a PPT presentation on a CD

My wife is putting together a 300+ slide presentation for my daughter's
graduation. We are hoping to embed a WAV file which will play throughout and
were hoping to burn it onto a Cd in case others like. Is it possible to save
it so that it autoplays when the CD is inserted, or will the file just have
to be double-clicked to launch. If it needs to be double clicked, then I
believe I have to save it a particular way so it opens up in presentation
mode. Is that correct?
