Automoving messages

I would like to find out if I can automate the movement of a message from my
outlook inbox to a directory on my local c: drive outside of outlook (ie not
another outlook folder but the physical C: drive). For example: whenever
receive an email with the number 1234 in the subject I want it copied to my
C;\mydocuments directory.
