Is there a way to send an email from excel, based on the dates inside the excel sheet without actually opening an email.
For example I have to send the pament to different companies based on the payment due date in excel. I do not open the excel everyday. But I would like to setup something that it will trigger an email about 1 month before the due date
e.
Company Due Dat
A 04/01/0
B 06/15/0
C 09/14/0
D 10/11/0

You can't sent an email without "opening" it, but you can send it without
ever seeing it. If you're using Outlook, I have some code on my site that
deals with sending email

And Ron de Bruin has a great site on sending email from any email client
