Automation Error

I have an application installed on a Windows 2000 terminal server that is
giving me a pop-up error that I can't seem to resolve. The error comes in
the form of a popup with the following in the pop-up.

-2147319779 - Automation erro. Library not registered.

I can't determin what "library" it is trying to use. Also this seems to
only affect users. If an admin tries the same steps it works without a
problem.

Any ideas?

I'd get in touch with the application developer.

Thanks for the Quick reply. Unfortunately their answer is that it is a
Microsoft Problem.... So I am grasping for anything I can find

It might be but the developer holds the key answer to what DLLs and or OCXs
are used by the application.

It might help if you tell which application you have installed. Then again,
it might not.
