Automating the "RunAs" command

Hi,
I am running XP Home and would like to use the "RunAs"
command to logon and execute a program as a different
user. I would like to set this up where I ONLY have to
click one command to do this procedure. I am having
trouble with the syntax that would allow me to enter a
user name, then password, then the command. I CANNOT get
the command to accept the pasword in the systax string.
I would prefer NOT to have to key in the password each
time I use this.

Is there a way to automate this process where all of the
information needed to run the command is already included
in the string ??

Please guide me to the solution if there is one.

Thanks,
Larry H
