Automating SyncToy Synchronisation

Does anyone know how to automate the synchronisation process of the synctoy
tool without having to manually press "synchronise" each and every time you
want it to synchronise.

If this is not available can MS update it so it can be done. This software
is perfect for folder replications, it just needs to be done automatically!

see the SyncToy Help (search for keyword "scheduler")

But:
in the actual version 1.2.0.75 I get an "exception" error if runnung
scheduled:

"*** Exception: It is invalid to show a modal
dialog or form when the application is not running in UserInteractive mode.
Specify the ServiceNotification or DefaultDesktopOnly style to display a
notification from a service application."

Can't find any help for this on the web.
