Automating retrieving email addresses from 306 received emails?

Good Morning!

(I did also post this to microsoft.public.outlook earlier this morning, but
thought it might be appropriate to post here as well. Thank you.)

A colleague just came by my desk earlier this morning. Here at the office,
we've received 306 emails so far that need responding to. The problem is
that we'll be receiving emails such as this over the next few days and this
is just the first batch. We'll b.c.c. the public so that email addresses
are not visible to the recipients but my colleague was dismayed and hoped he
wouldn't have to open each message to retrieve the email addresses of those
306 emails.

Can anyone recommend the best way to handle this type of thing to make it as
quick and painless as possible? We'll have to have a timely turn-around and
we're pressed to do all sorts of tasks so we really need to automate this
somehow otherwise it would probably take him at least an hour to open each
individual message, copy the email address, open new target global response
email and then paste into b.c.c. <phew>!

We'd greatly appreciate any advice.

Thank you! :blush:D

Export that folder to an Excel-sheet should get you all the addresses.
Remove the data that you don't need, do some filtering and then a mail
merge.
