automating functions in XP and access

I am trying to automate several functions to a hot key or
batch file to manipulate an Access database. I am trying
to receive data via e-mail, import to Access, then
transfer data from one table to another to remove
duplicates, then run reports based on all the above.

Can this be done in XP?

AND, IF, NOT, NOR XOR, SELECT - I think that you ought to put this question into one of the specialist Access NGs. You'll find someone there who will be able to convert your Q into SQL.

It seems to me that it can be done using a macro, as long as you are clear
about the sequence of key strokes, mouse clicks and the time delays between
responses and the appearance of different windows and dialog boxes.
