Automating email

I am a used equipment reseller/locator. I call on companies, find out what
equipment they need then email the requests to a list of equipment brokers
that may have the items.

The broker list is currently in Access 2002 and I'm using XP with Office
02. I want each mail to appear individualized for that particular broker
and I
don't want them seeing the balance of my contact list.

I'd like to somehow input one message such as "customer has an urgent need
for a high-speed shear for a cut to length line. Do you have any nice HS
shears?". Then with the push of a single button (or two or three), send
mails off to all the brokers. If someone can tell me where to start, I can
get
the broker data into any list (group) that will facilitate this effort (.mdb,
.xls, .wab, etc.).

Where do I start? Sue already gave me some links to programming information
but I'm not too thrilled about the learning curve necessary to implement this
concept. Isn't there any premade progs, macros or code I can copy and paste
that will do what I'm seeking?
