Automaticly exiting program

When I try to add an effect to my project, the program just closes... No error, just goes down
Just re-installed XP 2 hours ago, hoping this was the solution, but no.

Anyone with some ideas on this one, please help..

Hi, i have this "error" too, Please HELP!!!
