automaticly add adres to adresbook

Hello, when i receive a email, the adressbook adds the persons email adres
and name.
So my adressbook is full with emailadresses that i dont want there.
How can í turn this off?

Are you sure it isn't when you reply? I don't know of a way to make Windows
Mail add the addresses of _received_ mail without doing each one. (Open and
right click on From.)

They're probably being added when you reply.
Go to Tools, Options, Send, uncheck "Automatically put..."
