Automaticaly accept meetings request without a user is beeing loged on?

Hi All!
Can Outlook automaticaly accept meetings request without a user beeing
loged on to the functionmailbox?
"Process requests and responses on arrival." and "automatic accept
meetings..." is activated
Exchange 5.5 / Outlook 2k
