Automatically set outlook to send a copy of MY email to MY inbox?

Can I set up Outlook to automatically send me a copy or bcc to my inbox of
every outgoing mail I send or any emails I reply to.

I physically add my email address each time to the cc or bcc box to receive
this copy. I am aware that a copy is always saved in the sent folder.
But is it possible to set it up such that i can receive a copy to myself each
time into the inbox as well..??

Thanks for any suggesstions/help

Sure, but why, when Outlook's default behavior is to place a copy of
everything you send in Sent Items?

You don't state your Outlook version, so for Outlook 2003, click Tools>Rules
and Alerts>New Rule>Start from a blank rule>Check messages after
sending>Next>Next>Yes. Select the "move a copy to the specified folder"
action, specifying "Inbox" as the folder. Click Finish. This will give you
a copy of every outgoing message in Sent Items and Inbox. If you want it in
Inbox only, disable the option to keep a copy in Sent Items
(Tools>Options>E-mail Options, uncheck "Save copies of messages in Sent
Items folder").
