Automatically send email montly

I'm setting up scheduling on all the workstations to run cleanmgr.exe
and AutoDeFrag.exe every month.

When this task is complete I want the stations to e-mail the Log file
(SchedLgU.txt) to me so I can check that the tasks ran properly.

Is there a way I can automatically schedule the same e-mail &
attachment to be sent each month?
