automatically run program prior to hibernation or standby?

There are startup and shutdown policies and the startup folder where programs
can be specified to run during startup or shutdown. Is there a way to
automatically specify a program to run when going into hibernation or
standby? I normally use hibernation at home and would like to signal my file
server to shutdown as part of the XP hibernation process.
