Automatically reject meeting requests

Is it possible to automatically reject an invitation to a meeting? If I am
invited to attend a meeting by a colleague I would prefer to reject it
automatically.

Thanks

David,

You can configure Outlook to not automatically "tentatively" accept meetings
by default, but you cannot configure it to automatically decline meetings.

here's how you can turn off the automatic "tentative" responses for
meetings:

1. Tools - Options - Email Options - Tracking Options
2. Clear the "Process requests and responses on arrival" check box

NOTE: This will also disable the automatic processing of Voting button
responses.

Hope this helps.
