Automatically put people I reply to in my Outlook 2003 address book

I have found the link below which may automatically put people I
send/reply to my address book in Outlook 2003. But the problem is it
cannot check to see if the email address already exist or not....so
many duplicates in my Contacts. I just copy code from this site, run
Alt+F11 in oulook and past it into ThisOutlookSession. May I made some
mistakes ? Please help. Thanks
