Hi,

Is it possible to have Outlook automatically forward emails to another email
account (i.e. for when travelling, etc...)??

Thanks

Yes.

You can even forward Outlook Emails to a cell phone!

You need to look at Outlook "Rules and Alerts" in either the Outlook Helo or
online at the Microsoft office site.

However, this is easily done

Thanks DaSHard, I can't seem to figure out your answer in terms of how to set
it up on my Outlook, I have version 2000, can you (OR ANYONE) be more
specific on how to go about having all messages sent to me forwarded to
another email address PLEASE?

Thanks!

Ralph, how about on your Outlook 2000 Menu

Tools
Rules Wizard
New

"Where my name is in the To Box"
"Forward it to" - and choose or type your name in there...

or, this article below might help

http://uits.iu.edu/scripts/ose.cgi?afaj.def.help

or, try a yahoo search for "Outlook 2000 setup mail forward rule"

or, post back a reply here if you are still stuck...

Thanks DaShard, I will try your other searches but in the meantime if you can
help me a bit further I'd appreciate it. There is no rule selection for
"Where my name is in the To Box" in my version of Outlook.

Thanks,
Ralph
