There is no way to disable the macro warning by code. If there was that would be the first thing a virus maker would do
One way to get rid of the warning dialog generally is to lower the security level in Excel, Tools>Options>Security>Macro Security (or something similar), but that means to expose the system to macro viruses and is *strongly* not recommended. Don't do it.
If the macro warning is triggered by workbooks in your startup folder, one way may be to put the code in an add-in and manually install it - no more warnings from workbooks you use every day
