Automatically download attached images for emails

S

Snapper

When I receive an email that has embedded graphics, say, a note from an
Ebayer advising you of an item, the graphics aren't downloaded. I have to
right click and manually download them.

I understand that this is for security so you don't download viruses,
trojans, etc.. However the email account that I use doesn't receive spam
so this isn't an issue. I tried to find the option to allow the images to
automatically be displayed but I can't seem to find it.

Can anyone advise, please?

OK, I have the same problem as the original poster. I have Outlook 2007
as part of Office Pro 2007. I do NOT have an info bar (I used to have
one when everything worked OK). How do I get the Info bar back?
However, even with the correct settings to allow all HTML content and
beacons, I still can't see the content in HTML messages where there is
an http// link. It just shows as a red X. With sender in Safe sender
list, still red x's. I have posted here 3 times since Jan/08 and no
pointers to correct it

Thanks
