Automatically disconnecting from Internet before a telephone call???

I have one connection into my house for both internet and
telephone. Which means that I have to disconnect from the
internet before I make a call.

Is there any way to do this using outlook office, because
as of now I can't use the dial button when I bring up a
contact. I have to manually disconnect from the internet,
and thereby the automatic dial function becomes to
cumbersome.

Can this be done somehow?
 
Outlook can do many things, but it is not clairvoyant. As I understand your
request, you expect Outlook to know what you want to do in advance and then
establish the correct connection for your intention. Perhaps I misunderstand
your request, but it does not seem realistic to me.
