automatically deleteing e-mail that has already bee added to my junk mail folder

I have used the outlook help that describes "some steps"
to accomplish this but I cannot seem to get it done. If
some kind soul could send me a literal step by step how to
<[email protected]> I would forever be gratweful.

Outlook version? Did you look at the help for AutoArchive?
