Automatically Close Access on User's Computer

We are using a database in Access 2003, and sometimes I have to modify any
queries or take back up, but cannot do that, if the database is open on some
other User computer, Just wondering , if there is a way, that I can foce the
database to close on other's Users Computers (I am a member od Admins group
in database)
