Automatically changing font size on new e-mails

When e-mails are sent to me, it usually comes in one font size. I would
like to automatically change the size of incoming e-mails so that when they
do come to me, it's a bit larger. Any help is appreciated.

I think you have to do it individually after opening an email message.
View->Text Size.

Open Outlook's help and type in the question tab "Read International
Messages". That gives you an overview and there's a link telling you what to
change.
