Automatically adjust text in a cell

Dear all,

How can I have a cell's text adjusted automatically, when the size of the
Browser is changed (made smaller)?

Set the width of the main table and all cells it contains as a percentage instead of a fixed width.
So the table width would be 100%.
If it contains two cells set their width at 50% each. ( or any amounts that total 100% )
