Sorry for a second posting - I'm using the web-based discussion group and in
a rush. :)

My anal administrators at my college have recently disabled all favourites.
We add them, but they're not available the next time we log in.
Something about a particular user(s) storing inappropriate favourites.

After talking to them they suggested that we save a shortcut in our own area
to the website, and do it that way. - This is a pain in the **** as you have
to load up my documents to look at shortcuts, rather than just finding them.

Does anyone know of a way that I can write a VBScript that will add a list
of favourites to my favourites folder when ran? - ie, keep it on my flash
drive? and run it everytime I need them?

TIA for any help

Why don't you just use Portable Firefox on your flash drive instead?

Thankyou!

I'm presuming it also allows me to take my homepage with me too

I think so. I haven't used it because I don't have a need for portable
apps, but it sounds really good. Certainly since the price is right
(free!) you could try it and see if you like it. Here's a direct link to
a download and instructions:

There are lots of other portable programs listed on this site which
might interest you, too.
