Automatically accept meetings

Anybody know of a way to automatically place appointments on the calendar
that are sent from the CEO and COO?

click on AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT MEETING REQUESTS AND PROCESS
CANCELLATIONS

It is either an all or nothing proposition - you cannot distinguish by
meeting organizer.

Under Tools->Options->Calendar->Resource Scheduling-> ensure you have it set
to always accept meetings.
