Automatic Updates

Recently after installing AOL 9.0 SE, I started receiving
automatic updates of Windows XP from Microsoft. Anyone
know how to stop this? It slows down my on-line access.
 
Hi

If you really want to turn AU off, try this:

Right click on My Computer, select Properties and then the Automatic Updates
tab. Select your options there.
