IDE controller on motherboard doesnt work. i installed a pci ide card and i
bought a new hard drive, but windows cant find it when i try to do a new
windows setup

You will most likely need to hit F6 when prompted at the start of the setup routine and give it a
driver disk for your PCI card.

I already have the driver installed in the computer, but when i try to setup
windows on the new hardrive it says that theres no hardrive available for the
setup.
