AUTOMATIC TRANSFER OF DATA

What is the formula or code I would use if I want to automatically have
information form one worksheet to appear in another worksheet? It should
also automatically update the information also. I am using EXCEL 2003


EXAMPLE: I type CUT in worksheet 1 cell A3 and I want this same info to
show up in worksheet 4 cell C8
