When I choose my signature that I want in my emails, click "apply" then close
the window....the signature does not appear in my emails. When I return to
options the field shows "none", it automatically reverts back to "none".

What version of Outlook and are you using Word as the editor? Do you have a
default signature active or do you choose one on the fly?

After furious head-scratching, CAT5_BLK asked this group:

Milly,

I ended up installing Office XP which fixed the problem. I am just
receiving your posting now but wanted to thank you for taking the time to
respond.
