Automatic shutting down

My Windows XP often shuts down with a 30 second window
dialogue warning, after being online. The message is NT
Authority/ any help?

Gah, forgot
Start off with running the following
1. Start - Run..
2. CMD [Enter
3. SHUTDOWN -A [ENTER

That should abort your rebooting procedure giving you some more time to fix the rest.
