I have a window xp home edition machine. My problem is it always shutdown
without any reason. I tried to restore but same problem. I remove all the
hardware that is install but still same keep shutting down without any
messages on the screen why it shutdown. I can start in the safe mode and
can restore the system but after restoring to an earlier time same
problem, I restore almost one month earlier any restore point it doesn't
work. Restore successfully but same problem. Any Idea what option do I need
to do? I tried remove all the cable and put them on again but same problem.
Please help

Turn off the reboot or shutdown on error option. Go>start>control
panel>system>advanced tab>startup and recovery section>settings button>and
remove the check mark in "automatically restart" in the System Failure
section. TTFN.

Thanks for all your reply and help. I even try to change my memory and power
suply that i know it properly working but same problem. just shutdown after
few minutes..thanks again

Hi1 Unknown P,
Thanks for your reply but that already the setting on this machine no tick
mark on automatic restart on system failure. thanks a lot

Could be that there isn't enough cooling inside your computer case, which
leads to something overheating. This usually could be the CPU since they
generate a lot of heat and without proper cooling, it would only make
matters worst. However, I am not suggesting you go out and purchase a new
CPU. You can download Speedfan to monitor your CPU temperature and work from
there.
