Can anyone please tell me how to send a show that will automatically start
when opened. We have friends who do not know powerpoint so we want them to
open the file in an e-mail and it will be in show mode straight away
thanks for any help Peter B
 
TO do it, just save your presentation in pps format.

Go to save as...

and in the file type, choose pps.

And send this file to sendo to your friends.

Please make sure the recipient have Powerpoint installed with at least
Powerpoint Viewer
