Automatic run of Macro

I have a website that speaks of the OnTime feature with excel, but I am
having a hard time with getting the start timer function to work. Could
anyone give me an example of a start timer function that starts multiple
macros on a daily basis? Or any help with how to do this.

That is the website I have but I am not sure where to fit my macro into the
example so that it runs everyday.
