Automatic Restart

Hi,
after shut down the computer automatically starts up again after a few
seconds. I have unchecked the "Automatic Restart" feature under the Advanced
System Settings and I have disabled the "Automatic Update " feature. Still
the problem. Reading through this forum, it looks as if I'm not the only one
with that problem. But I haven't found a solution, yet. Can anyone help?
